IF CUT-SHEETS ARE NOT RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR PROCESSING DATE YOU WILL RECEIVE A “STANDARD” CUT - NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Standard Cut will be determined by Bear Mountain Beef and is subject to change.
**Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification or they are subject to a $25/day storage fee**
All meat is vacuum sealed- we do not offer paper wrapping.

Information for Producers:
You have two choices on how to submit cut sheets through our portal.
You can log in and submit cut sheets on your customers behalf
Provide BMB with your customer’s name and cell phone number and they can log in themselves and tag you as their provider
How to Log in:

Enter Username and Password (contact BMB and we can provide this to you)
Log in with a cell phone number and receive a text code. (must be on file- First Name, Last Name, Cell Phone #).

IMPORTANT! You can only fill out a cut sheet for the portion you are receiving. If you are receiving a half of a beef, you will need to click on the HALF button under the Beef section. You also have the ability to select a Standard cut sheet on all species. This option gives you a great selection of cuts, but none of the extras (fat, bone, offal, etc).
REQUIRED FIELD: Provider Name field is required. Please indicate the name of the producer who the appointment is under.
Order Notes and Special Instructions: This can be found at the top of the page. Please put any helpful information in here- tag # assignments, carcass #, etc. Also any other special requests/comments.
Please be sure to pay attention to the disclaimers on this cut sheet. Some cut selections you are only allowed to select ONE option. Upon review of the cut sheet, we have the right to override cut selections if directions are not followed.
Once you have made your selections you can click on Save & Next. Trim Product Options do not apply to the Beef cut sheets, so select Next- Review & Submit Order. Here you can review all of your cut selections before you submit your order. You are always able to go back and make adjustments. But once the cut sheet is submitted, edits cannot be made.
