Straight Forward Prices No Hidden Fees

Beef

  • $1.30 per pound hanging weight

  • $100.00 Harvest & Waste Disposal Fee

(Minimum charge of $780.00 per beef under 600 lbs. hanging weight)

  • Pre-formed 1/3lb Hamburger patties= $1.00 per pound

  • Curing $2.00lb

  • Additional fees apply for extra cutting requests

  • $250.00 Emergency Harvest Fee** Plus milage outside of 30 miles radius if we have to come to you.

(**This fee will be incurred will when the emergency harvest pushes our staff into overtime, you will be notified prior to charge).

REMINDER ALL BEEF AND WYOMING LAMBS MUST HAVE A CURRENT BRAND INSPECTION!

Hogs

  • $1.50 per pound hanging weight

  • $50.00 Harvest & Waste disposal fee

  • Pork Sausage $1.30 per pound (Breakfast, Maple Breakfast, Italian or Chorizo)

  • Raw Cured Bacon $2.00 per pound

Lamb

  • $275.00 Set Fee Per Animal

Goat

  • $225.00 Set Fee Per Animal

Additional Fees

  • Freezer Storage Past 7 Business Days from Notification $25.00 Per Head Per Day

  • Late Drop Off Fee- Drop Off is a Day Prior to Appointment Between 1-5PM or Morning of 7-7:30 AM $50.00 Per Head Per HR

  • Portion or Specialty Cuts (Cuts or Portions Not Listed on OUR Cut Sheets) $100.00 Per Head

  • Add Fat to Grind $2.00 Per LB

  •  Adding a Custom Label to Products $100.00 One Time Fee

  • 1 Steak Per Bag Request $40.00 Per Head

  • Pre Made Hamburger Patties $1.00 Per Pound

  • ALL OFFAL REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF DROP OFF.

Fill Out a Cut Sheet!

All of our cut sheets are now online! You can login with the information we provided you or create a new portal by simply inputting your phone number and receiving a code via text. We can always reset your login information with a quick phone call.
Cut sheets for Beef- All 1/4's are now a standard cut listed below.  All other cuts sheets must be received before 7 days post slaughter or they will receive a standard cut.  
Cut sheets for Hogs, Lambs & Goats- Must be received the day of slaughter or will receive a standard cut.
