Additional fees apply for extra cutting requests
$250.00 Emergency Harvest Fee** Plus milage outside of 30 miles radius if we have to come to you.
(**This fee will be incurred will when the emergency harvest pushes our staff into overtime, you will be notified prior to charge).

CUT SHEETS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AT DROP OFF OR 7 DAYS POST DROP OFF FOR BEEF.
SMALL ANIMAL MUST BE SUBMITTED AT DROP OFF.
ANY ANIMAL THAT DOESNT HAVE CUT SHEETS SUBMITTED WILL RECEIVE A STANDARD CUT SUBJECT TO BUTCHERS CHOICE.
PRODUCERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO SUBMITT CUSTOMER CUT SHEETS IN A TIMELY MANNER. PRODUCERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING CUSTOMERS TO THEIR ANIMALS, IF WE DONT RECIEVE ASSINGMENTS WE WILL ASSIGN THEM FOR YOU.
WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE BRINGING MUTLIPLE ANIMALS WITH MULTIPLE CUT SHEETS YOU USE THE FORM ATTACHED BELOW.
